How does multiculturalism translate for minorities? ⇒

The Globe has two articles on multiculturalism in its paper today. The other was entitled, How Canadian Are You? Both are about an apparent disconnect minorities feel towards Canada. I liked this quote from a Pakistani immigrant: "Being a visible minority, I identify myself as a Canadian, but people look at me obviously as an immigrant. I feel more of a Canadian than anyone else because I came here by choice."
